My resources and stock images are free, but there are some limitations to how they can be used.
You may NOT repackage and redistribute my resources in any way, shape or form.
You may NOT plop a brush down onto a plain or transparent background, with nothing else on the page, and redistribute it or sell it.
This is the same as redistributing the brushes/images themselves. Placing the brush onto a product or within a design is fine, of course.
You MAY use my resources within your own design, painting, etc and do whatever you like with it (provided that proper credit is given, as below).
You MAY NOT redistribute any of my designs as rubber stamps.
Providing credit
Provide credit to me in your artists comments or somewhere on your site or page where you have used the resource(, please provide a link back here, so that others know where you found the resources and can get their very own! The link should go to

If you use these resources commercially, credit me in whatever way that you can. If you’re a digital scrapbooker, most people list credit and the website URL in their TOU text file that comes with the download.
If you cannot provide credit and want clear-cut rights to be able to use these brushes in your designs, you may purchase a commercial license. Contact me about purchasing a commercial license. With a commercial license, you no longer need to provide credit to me, as you will have full commercial rights to the brushes/images.
Commercial licenses are purchasable by the set, and they don’t ever expire. This will give you full rights to the set to use in your designs as you please, without needing to provide credit back to me.
Photoshop Brushes, texture and stock packs are $3.00 per set.
Single Stock Images are $1.00 per image.
A “set” is a ZIP file full of similar images or brushes.
If you decide that’s what you’d like to do, email me which brush/stock sets you’ll be needing and I'll send you a link for you to pay through Paypal. You will also receive a PDF document/license giving you legal rights to use them.
Note: Purchasing a commercial license does NOT give you the right to redistribute or sell My resources. That is the only limitation, however.
